Description

You will design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and eBonding workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop eBonding projects between customers and providers from end to end.
• Build integrations between Workday, ServiceNow, and Siebel using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks including Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and Change Management.
• Configure technical components such as SLAs, ACLs, Roles, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Business Rules.
• Conduct impact analysis, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery procedures while executing QA and UAT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with eBonding projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday, ServiceNow, and Siebel.
• Experience developing DocuSign integrations for custom applications.
• Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
• Experience implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Technical knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Ability to perform impact analysis and disaster recovery planning.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building Virtual Agent integrations for Knowledge, Incident, and Request management.
