Description

You will build, test, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform features.
• Execute functional testing using ATF, Selenium, and API testing tools.
• Implement UI and backend changes within Agile development cycles.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across multiple ServiceNow instances.
• Document configurations and support release management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and testing experience.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency with Automated Test Framework (ATF), Selenium, and API testing.
• Strong command of ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, and platform customization.
• Experience building and managing integrations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
