Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow modules for risk, policy, compliance, and audit management.
• Analyze system complexity to develop customized solutions for organizational compliance needs.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications to address specific GRC requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Create technical documentation including system architecture diagrams and configuration guides.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• At least 1 year of focused experience with ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide.
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC.
