Description

You will configure and develop ServiceNow capabilities to meet business requirements, owning application development, integrations, and ITIL process implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and Service Portals using AngularJS and custom widgets.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with external systems like Workday and internal HUB applications.
• Configure and manage Mid Server architecture and integrations with telephonic systems.
• Implement and configure ITIL processes, focusing specifically on Change and Release Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform application testing, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS for Service Portal customization.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes, including Change and Release Management workflows.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telephonic system integrations.
