Description

Manage existing ServiceNow instances and backlogs to ensure system stability. Maintain and refine Service Desk and TSM incident management modules. Own the resolution of process flows and attribute issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing backlog items to ensure system stability.
• Perform maintenance work on Service Desk and TSM incident management modules.
• Fix attributes and refine process flows within the platform.
• Handle service desk support and incident management tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and maintenance.
• Proven experience with TSM (TrueSight Service Management).
• Experience managing Service Desk and incident management workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix process flows and attributes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
