Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives and complex software engineering projects on the ServiceNow platform.
• Consult on large-scale planning and analyze multi-faceted engineering challenges.
• Resolve intricate technical situations while ensuring compliance with established policies.
• Collaborate directly with client personnel on strategic implementation.
• Manage large-scale platform deployments and integrations.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of ServiceNow experience building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies and workflows.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center Pro.
• 2+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent professional background.
• Proven track record with ServiceNow integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client-facing strategic implementation consulting.
