Build custom workflows, application integrations, and IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom workflows and application integrations using JavaScript and update sets.
• Implement and manage ITOM, CMDB, and modern ITAM discovery integrations.
• Gather customer requirements to design and deploy independent technical solutions.
• Perform unit and functional testing to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with distributed global teams and participate in active peer feedback.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience developing in ServiceNow using JavaScript, workflows, and update sets.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM implementations.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC models.
• Proficiency in SQL, database application concepts, and query optimization.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON protocols.
• Ability to work with large data sets using quantitative analytical skills.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Admin or Developer certifications.
• Scripting experience in Perl or Python.
• Experience with AngularJS, Node.js, and web usability concepts.
