Description

You will design and develop ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions to manage the full hardware asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop HAM Pro solutions covering procurement, deployment, and disposal.
• Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Implement role-based access controls, ACLs, and security models to ensure data integrity.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise procurement, inventory, and logistics systems.
• Support release planning, platform upgrades, regression testing, and production troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM/ITAM) and HAM Pro.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Advanced scripting skills including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Deep understanding of asset data structures, normalization, and lifecycle governance.
• Experience implementing RBAC, ACLs, and SOX-aligned compliance controls.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HAM.
• Experience with APIs, MID Server, import sets, and transform maps.
• Background in Agile or structured SDLC environments.
