8+ years of experience as a developer or architect in a ServiceNow environment. ServiceNow Technical Architect certification. ServiceNow SPM certification. Deep understanding of ServiceNow technology and its application portfolio. Expertise in ITSM processes. Strong skills in system integration design and implementation. Ability to lead technical initiatives independently. Any Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture principles, integration standards, and platform upgrade strategies.
• Design solutions for system integration, creating and maintaining API and data processes between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership, define development best practices, and conduct code reviews for the ServiceNow Team.
• Lead resolution of technical issues impacting service delivery and validate all Requests for Enhancement.
• Execute patching and upgrades to the ServiceNow Platform and manage Problem Records for assigned applications.
