Key Responsibilities

·                     Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, and Change Management modules.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, including external system connectivity and data synchronization.
• Implement and support CSDM‑aligned CMDB designs, ensuring data integrity, proper relationships, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop and customize workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Partner with architects, product owners, and Agile teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to platform governance standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint‑based delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

·                     5–7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong experience in:

o        IT Service Management (ITSM)

o        Service Catalog

o        Change Management

o        API integrations (REST/SOAP)

o        CSDM / CMDB modeling

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid delivery model.

Required Certifications

·                     ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·                     ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

·                     HackerRank assessment – must be completed and passed

Nice to Have

·                     Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules or platform governance initiatives
• Agile/Scrum experience supporting enterprise delivery teams
