Description

You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, and Change Management modules. You will build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and implement CSDM-aligned CMDB designs. You will customize workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and scripting components while partnering with product owners to deliver scalable technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, Service Catalog, and Change Management.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs for external system connectivity.
• Implement CSDM-aligned CMDB designs ensuring data integrity and proper relationships.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Support code reviews, testing, deployments, and production activities in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, and Change Management modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and data synchronization.
• Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB modeling best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Ability to pass the HackerRank assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules or platform governance initiatives.
