Description

You will lead ServiceNow operational support, managing complex issues and providing architectural guidance for the platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer users, workflows, tables, and data while ensuring security standards are met.
• Plan, design, develop, and deploy complex custom and scoped applications.
• Manage ServiceNow Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Discovery modules.
• Execute test plans, system implementation plans, and software specifications.
• Develop user training and documentation for the platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software design, modification, and deployment.
• Advanced ServiceNow administration, scripting, and custom/scoped application development.
• Proficiency with API integrations including SOAP, REST, and JSON.
• Experience with Active Directory and identity management systems.
• Strong skills in incident response and platform problem-solving.
• Experience with software repositories and code libraries.
• ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Discovery tools.
• Experience with AWS Cloud applications and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
