Description

You will design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mapping.
• Configure CMDB governance, including reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboards.
• Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB Administration, Governance, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP integrations and troubleshooting complex platform issues.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participation in code reviews, platform upgrades, and release management.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of tenure in previous ServiceNow roles.
