Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on advanced scripting, system integrations, and workflow automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications, modules, and Scoped Applications using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Self-Service Portals.
• Manage update sets, automated testing via ServiceNow ATF, and maintain coding standards through peer code reviews.
• Configure and maintain integrations with third-party systems using Integration Hub and MID Servers.
• Support L2/L3 incidents, troubleshoot platform issues, and analyze performance using Health Scan reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, customization, and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience in Workspace Development, Portals, Integrations, CMDB, or Reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM.
