Description

You will lead the CMDB Walk-to-Run Stage enhancements project within the ITOM space. You will manage ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You will build and maintain custom applications, new roles, tables, metrics, and reporting. You will develop and maintain REST APIs and present technical information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMDB Walk-to-Run Stage enhancements within ITOM.
• Manage ServiceNow modules: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Build and maintain custom applications, roles, tables, metrics, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs.
• Present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (including recent Deltas).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Three additional ServiceNow module certifications (ITOM preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT, software development, or ServiceNow administration.
• 8+ years of experience building or maintaining REST APIs.
• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 5+ years of experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• 5+ years of experience with GRC or Security Operations modules.
• Experience with Integration Hub, Managed Spokes, and Custom Spokes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ITIL certification (Foundations or higher).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
