Description

You will lead ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementations, managing complex customizations and technical integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage complex ServiceNow customizations and configurations.
• Execute technical integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms.
• Apply change management principles within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Mentor junior team members to support technical growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive experience with ITOM modules.
• Proven track record of handling ServiceNow integrations.
• Deep understanding of change management processes within SNOW.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
