Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes and IT service management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
• Customize applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Configure and implement Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping for IT Operations Management.
• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, Web Services, and Integration Hub.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, module deployments, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience building and managing CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management solutions.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and Performance Analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC or Vulnerability Response.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for ServiceNow integrations.
