Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and execute test plans using ATF, Selenium, UI testing, and API testing.
• Collaborate in Agile environments to deliver high-quality ServiceNow releases.
• Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues and technical debt.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and testing experience.
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ATF, Selenium, UI Testing, and API Testing.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
