Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM applications across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop complex catalog items and customize Service Portal widgets and pages.
• Configure workflows and automate tasks using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor.
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
• Maintain and improve existing ITSM tools and platform integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Proficiency in developing ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, and Script Includes.
• Hands-on experience with Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Expertise in implementing Security Rules (ACLs).
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, Scripted REST web service APIs, and MID Server Integration.
• Certified Application Developer certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM App Engine certification.
• Experience with Integration Hub.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM certification.
