Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow architectures and enhancements to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complete workflows, business rules, and automated solutions using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and assist in deploying updates through established change management processes.
• Document development work, maintenance activities, and user guides to ensure system maintainability.
• Provide platform support by resolving incident tickets, troubleshooting end-user issues, and participating in shared on-call remediation for critical incidents.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and/or ITOM.
• Deep technical knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, UI Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency with Update Sets, Transform Maps, Data Migration, and Code Promotion.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
