Description

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations while optimizing database performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Implement REST/SOAP API integrations and support data migration between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Manage incidents, changes, and service catalog configurations in alignment with ITSM best practices.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to support business requirements and participate in release management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
• Advanced SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and organizational standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting, and database performance tuning.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
