Description

Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, custom applications, and automation processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and custom tables to support business requirements.
• Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Analyze requirements, assess platform dependencies, and ensure solutions align with ServiceNow architecture, governance, security, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement sustainable fixes while supporting testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, perform code reviews, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Deep expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and custom application development.
• Proven experience developing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ServiceNow architecture, troubleshooting, and platform governance.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps for development workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party platform integrations beyond Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Background in solution design and platform customization at scale.
