Description

You will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions to optimize business processes and align with organizational objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions to support business goals.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI actions, and notifications to automate operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage CMDB configuration, including CI classes, attributes, relationships, and integrations with Discovery.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to ensure environment stability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills regarding ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL certification.
