Description

Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for leading platform implementation, architecture, and technical governance for ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Define platform roadmaps for scalability, performance, stability, and audit compliance while managing platform upgrades.
• Extend platform capabilities through workflow design, custom application development, and complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Provide technical guidance on configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide) while mentoring engineering teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, enforce technical best practices, and manage documentation and knowledge base materials.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM modules.
• Strong background in ServiceNow architecture, including CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, and Portal design.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and Service Portal technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering large-scale enterprise implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar) and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• ITIL v3/v4 certification.
• Familiarity with Perl and Python programming in Linux environments.
