Description

You will lead the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, driving its roadmap against business needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, secure, and compliant platform architecture.
• Extend platform capabilities through custom workflows, integrations, and module development.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM.
• Manage platform upgrades and enforce enterprise security standards.
• Establish governance standards and enforce ServiceNow best practices across teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Advanced scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Familiarity with Service Portal technologies: HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Incident, Problem, and Change.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
