Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and customization of ServiceNow applications and services.
• Implement solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to facilitate data flow and automation.
• Maintain and enhance instances through upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators on platform development practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Additional certifications in ITIL or Agile.
• Certifications in specific ServiceNow modules.
