You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services.
• Implement solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and applications to automate data flow.
• Maintain and enhance instances through upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Provide expert consultation on ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs and web services.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
• Experience with integration techniques and enterprise system connectivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Additional certifications in ITIL or Agile.
• Specific ServiceNow module certifications.
