Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module, migrating legacy systems and building scalable solutions for field technicians.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build out FSM functionalities, including Preventative Maintenance and Calibration automated tasks.
• Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance staff.
• Ensure workflows and data structures support compliance and effective reporting.
• Migrate legacy systems to ServiceNow and provide training and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow FSM modules.
• Experience designing mobile workflows and field service operations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
