Description

You will lead the development, technical design, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, focusing on Service Portal and Scoped Applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom widgets and responsive interfaces within the Service Portal.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for scoped applications, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop and manage REST APIs and SOAP web services to integrate third-party systems.
• Implement Access Control Rules (ACLs), client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions to ensure security.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain development documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive experience in Service Portal development and custom widget creation.
• Proficiency in Scoped Application development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and integration methods.
• Proficiency using Flow Designer, Scripted REST API, and business rules.
• Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow testing methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
