Description

Build and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from design to testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.
• Create SQL and LDAP queries to integrate with Oracle, MySQL, and Active Directory.
• Execute unit, system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Design repeatable development, test, staging, and production environments with high availability.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Web Services and API integration.
• Knowledge of SQL query creation and LDAP integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITOM or Virtual Agent implementations.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL standards.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
