Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications to automate business processes and manage instance health.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom workflows tailored to business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using scripts and APIs.
• Create and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
• Manage deployment, validation, and upgrades of ServiceNow patches and versions.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and monitor instance health, usage, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience with 2+ years focused on ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and component-based web design.
• Experience managing ServiceNow objects: Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Policies, Script Includes, and Macros.
• Ability to develop tools and dashboards for ITSM and project workflows.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
