Description

You will lead the development and implementation of custom ServiceNow applications, automated workflows, and integrations to support ITSM and project management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and standalone tools to support ITSM and project management.
• Design, maintain, and configure workflows, scripts, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Build and manage dynamic web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
• Perform integrations between ServiceNow and external business systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the platform, including deploying patches, updates, and platform upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Deep expertise in at least one ServiceNow module: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, or SecOps.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including experience with Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and web application development.
• Proven ability to manage full lifecycle deployments and upgrades.
• Experience creating scalable, maintainable code following platform best practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from clients or internal teams.
