Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on HAM Pro and ITSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize automated business processes using Workflow Designer and Flow Designer.
• Customize ServiceNow components including business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Manage the asset lifecycle through HAM Pro, covering procurement, inventory, and disposal.
• Enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in HAM Pro and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with Workflow Designer and Flow Designer.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Technical knowledge of ITSM, HAM Pro, JavaScript, CMDB, REST, and Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAM Pro, Discovery, or HRSD.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework, SOAP APIs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
