Description

You will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions leveraging Generative AI and Now Assist capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
• Implement and integrate Now Assist and Generative AI features within workflows and custom modules.
• Develop custom applications, portals, and integrations to extend platform functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Platform Engineer.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Development, including JavaScript, Glide, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and UI Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Generative AI, or ServiceNow AI Search implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow API, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server.
• Experience with custom app development and ServiceNow Store apps.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and JavaScript.
