Description

You will design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions using App Engine and Flow Designer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and optimize workflows, scripts, and cross-system integrations.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Review code and guide developers to ensure adherence to development and deployment best practices.
• Manage platform administration tasks, including ACLs and security configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in CSM, App Engine, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and data mapping.
• Experience with ServiceNow Access Control Lists (ACLs) and security models.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Service Management Professional (CSM) certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (any graduate).
