You will lead the integration of AI-driven conversational platforms like Moveworks into the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Moveworks with ServiceNow using Openframe Knowledge API and Virtual Agent frameworks.
• Configure and validate conversational flows, widgets, and role-based access controls.
• Develop and maintain Service Portals, Catalog Items, Scoped Applications, and Mobile Experiences.
• Automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Design dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and App Engine Studio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience integrating AI platforms such as Moveworks or Microsoft Copilot with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in portal development and scoped applications.
• Familiarity with plugin configuration and Openframe Knowledge API.
• Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow Developer or Technical Architect.
• Experience with Moveworks, Copilot, or Now Assist.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
