Description

You will own the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on SPM and ITSM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications with a focus on SPM and ITSM.
• Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, and full-cycle development including design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate external systems into ServiceNow using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Build and maintain Dashboards and Reports using Performance and Platform Analytics.
• Document engineering processes, technical designs, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Multiple implementation experiences in SPM, including Demand, Strategy, Goal Setting, Capacity, Planning, and Project management modules.
• Hands-on configuration of ITSM modules: Incident, Request, Problem, and Change management.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and Major Incident processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for server-side scripting and client scripts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
