You will provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines.
• Design the system infrastructure strategy to support business objectives.
• Advise on the selection of technological purchases relating to data storage, processing, and applications.
• Set standards for the client/server relational database structure (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE).
• Assess the feasibility of potential future projects for management review.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional working experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow System Configuration.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, and Sybase database systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM principles.
• Knowledge of CSA framework.
• Ability to develop and present technical solutions.
