You will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflow creation and service request fulfillment using UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
Automate manual tasks through scripting and ServiceNow functionality.
Execute integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP calls.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver functional product releases.
Manage data manipulation between ServiceNow and external systems while developing dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
Conduct system and integration testing using sample and live data.
Required Skills
5 to 9 years of experience in a software development role.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
Experience with authentication protocols including Active Directory, LDAP, SiteMinder federation, or Azure.
Hands-on experience with Service Portal implementation.
Technical expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules such as HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, or ITOM.
Experience implementing Performance Analytics.
Knowledge of digital technologies including Machine Learning, AI, IoT, and Blockchain.
College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related technology field.
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow or ITIL foundations certifications.
Experience using SDLC tools like TFS, Jira, or equivalent for story management.
Knowledge of features in the latest ServiceNow versions.
