Description

You will build and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Build service request fulfillment workflows from customer requirements and automate rote tasks.
• Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP calls.
• Develop technical specifications by interpreting business and functional requirements.
• Create dashboards, home pages, and Performance Analytics reports.

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of experience in a development role with increasing complexity.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
• Experience with authentication protocols such as Active Directory, LDAP, SiteMinder federation, or Azure.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Implementation experience in HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Performance Analytics implementation.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, IoT, or Blockchain.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations certification.
• Experience with SDLC tools like TFS, Jira, or equivalent for story maintenance.
