Description

You will lead the development, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow solutions within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and configure ServiceNow modules to meet enterprise requirements.
• Customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Build and manage Service Portal components and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure forms, fields, views, lists, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and customizing ServiceNow in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with the ServiceNow Data Model.
• Expertise in Service Portal development and Flow Designer.
• Competency in configuring forms, fields, views, and UI policies.
• Ability to build functional dashboards and reports.
• Must be located in EST or CST time zone states.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government environments.
