Description

Design, develop, and configure scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and HR Case Management.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Implement HRSD Case Management, HR Services, Templates, Topics, and Assignment Rules.
• Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Manage integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, and SSO.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD implementations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with Service Portal or Employee Center customization.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills

• CIS – ITSM and HRSD certifications.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical documentation.
