Description

You will design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements directly from customers to design technical solutions.
• Develop and support ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Estimate software development efforts for upcoming project tasks.
• Manage workflows and automation using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions and notifications.
• 5+ years of experience with ITSM or CSM application modules.
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies and the SDLC process.
• 3+ years of experience building integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and software development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience with Cherwell Service Management.
