Description

You will drive ServiceNow platform development and administration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage support for incidents, changes, problems, and requests.
• Implement minor platform changes, including form layouts and workflows.
• Provide architectural guidance for technical solutions.
• Resolve technical escalations and advise on platform integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technology development experience.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow development experience.
• Expert knowledge of ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Catalog, Asset, and CMDB.
• Strong experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Legacy Workflow, Scheduled Jobs, and Application/Plugin Management.
• Familiarity with Outbound REST, Agent Workspace, and Service Operations Workspace.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Development and ITSM principles.
