Description

You will design, develop, and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and request workflows.
• Configure integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Implement authentication and access management via SAML 2.0, OAuth, and SSO.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and debug integration errors.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and the ServiceNow development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of platform security, ACLs, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in Agile and SAFe environments.

Preferred Skills

• FedRAMP compliance knowledge.
• Experience with mid-server configuration.
