Description

You will design, develop, and maintain advanced ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced ServiceNow applications and workflows across multiple modules.
• Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal pages, widgets, and user interfaces.
• Configure and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and mid-server architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Deep understanding of platform security, ACLs, UI policies, client scripts, and data management.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, and JDBC integrations.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• CIS certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and instance migration best practices.
