Description

You will own the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules, primarily ITOM and ITAM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules with a focus on ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping) and ITAM (HAM/SAM).
• Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate CI relationships and data integrity.
• Develop and customize platform applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and JavaScript.
• Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, handling REST/SOAP integrations.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development and enterprise implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in ITOM, ITSM, SAM, HAM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations.
• Bachelor's degree.
