Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow software solutions and custom workflows for US-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, and Web Services.
• Configure application fields, forms, views, email notifications, roles, and access controls.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs.
• Manage Configuration Management (CMDB), Knowledge Base, and Service Catalog administration.
• Analyze system performance issues and implement necessary enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• ServiceNow certification is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly.
• Experience with Web Services, XML, and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with CMDB and workflow configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
