Description

You will lead the design, development, and automation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Maintain forms, fields, UI policies, and business rules to ensure optimal functionality.
• Build automation frameworks and automated test scripts to streamline platform processes.
• Implement integration workflows between AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and ServiceNow.
• Incorporate ServiceNow development and testing into CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and automation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM, Issue Management, and Vulnerability Response Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for custom functionality and enhancements.
• Experience with AWS integrations, including Lambda, Step Functions, and serverless technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements management using Jira or similar RTM platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
