Description

Lead ServiceNow platform administration and FedRAMP implementations, including Enterprise Configuration Item discovery and complex helpdesk workflow design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery of Enterprise Configuration Items and categorize them into Business, Technical, or Application Services.
• Implement and configure ServiceGraph Connectors for Azure, Cloud Discovery, and AWS to consume CIs.
• Design complex helpdesk workflows, data integrations, and platform governance models.
• Develop automation using ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and workflow engines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and API development.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integration protocols.
• Expertise in AWS and Azure CI consumption via ServiceGraph Connectors.
• Proven ability to implement and configure various ServiceNow modules.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
